A WRISTLOCK   (ONE OF THREE)

A THROW    (ONE OF FOUR)

A GROUND HOLD   (ONE OF TWO)

A WEAPON DEFENCE     (ONE OF TWO)

WHEN TRAINING WE ASK THAT...
You do not drink alcohol before training
You do not smoke before training
You remove your shoes and socks once you come into the Dojo
You do not Swear. 
You do not eat or drink in the Dojo 
Do not wear any Jewelry such as rings/lockets, external piercings or festival tags. (Any not removed will need to be taped over)
